Dr. Jelena Vucetic has been a leader in the telecommunications and
computer industry for more than twenty years.
She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, an MS in
Computer Science, and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
She is
the author of four patents in the area of wireless telecommunications, and a contributor to wireless protocol standards committees.
Before Alpha Mission, Dr. Vucetic founded a startup providing equipment and software for the
wireless telecommunications market. The company was recently acquired by its
large, publicly traded customer.
Dr. Vucetic also lectures at graduate business and technology schools in the United States, and advices Ph.D. and MBA candidates. So far, more than twenty candidates earned their Ph.D. degrees under Dr. Vucetic's mentorship.
She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and son.
